Questions
Will it book my calendar?
Not in the first version. It captures the job and reaches you. Scheduling against a real calendar is a later decision.
What if the caller has an emergency?
Gas, active water, and no-heat-in-January calls get flagged as urgent and the script tells the caller to use emergency services when someone is in danger.
Does it replace my office person?
No. It covers the call you can't take. A person still decides whether the job is yours.
Whose number does it use?
Yours, forwarded, or a new number we set up with you. We won't hide the fact that a receptionist answered.
